Onda is a safety padding similar to Maxionda, patented in 2004. It differs from the latter in the reduced thickness of 22mm instead of 28mm.

Onda can be supplied in sheets of size 100 x 200 cm. However, in many cases, we provide the customer with the protection already cut to size and ready to be installed using our “Polycoll” quick-setting glue.

Its special wavy design allows to distribute vertically and diagonally the power of the impact. The purpose for which we created “Maxionda”, and subsequently also “Onda”, is to prevent injuries (even very serious ones) caused by accidental impacts against surfaces. A collision with a wall or a pillar can cause terrible consequences not only to children but also to adults.
Onda has passed the shock absorption capacity test according to the UNI EN 913:2019 standard made with an indenter released up to a maximum drop height of 320mm at a speed of 2.50 m/sec.

Onda is ideal to ensure the safety in sports facilities, schools, playgrounds, logistics warehouses, hospitals, waterparks and cruise ships.

It is used as padding protection for walls, pillars, rounded and squared columns, sports and playground equipments.
Thanks to the high flexibility, the product can be installed on any surface (iron, wood, concrete, ceramics, marble, glass, etc) with our special adhesive Polycoll for indoor and outdoor, or with Velcro.
